Check out the bald eagle we spotted just a few miles from our house. He's up in the trees in the middle of the picture. How cool!

Yep, this is late but here is what Jase dressed up as for Halloween. He did not like wearing the costume at all. He had it on for about 4 minutes. Enough time to snap one pic. He did like handing out candy to all the trick or treaters.

Chip in for Charity

Friday was our 2nd annual Chip in for Charity golf tournament at work. We raised over $35,000 for United Way of the Ozarks!!! We all had a blast designing our golf holes and playing put-put golf. What a great way for an organization to have fun and raise money for a great cause. Here are some pictures of the holes.Produce hole, pumpkin maze.Transportations hole, you had to drive a truck threw the tornado road and park it at the dock.

VACA

We had such a good vacation week. We started out at my uncle Tim's cabin and rode 4-wheelers and ate a bunch of yummy food. Then we stayed with my sister Ashley and Camden for a few days. We rode the choo-choo train in Chaffee and went to the park and fed the ducks. Then Jase and I came home and had a Mommy/Son day. We went to Jump Mania and Doeling Park. Then Friday I got my new eyes (Lasik). It is so awesome to be able to see without glasses!!! Saturday we hung out and went to Jenna's b-day party. Sunday we will go to Regan's b-day party. I am sad that the week is coming to an end but so thankful and happy that we had a safe and memorable week!

Silly Billy

Jase's 1st Haircut

Jase got his first haircut Saturday and now his cute little curls are gone. He did really good overall. He got to watch "Melmo" and sit in a race car! Now he looks like a different little boy!

Isn't Jase the cutest thing in the whole wide world??? I love seeing him learn new things everyday. He loves rockin' out with Daddy.

Extreme Home Makeover

A lucky family from Ash Grove, just west of my home town, has been chosen to be on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Check out the article here. My husband, Josh, and his friend are building the dining room table for the Hampton family. Today he got to meet Ty Pennington and Ashley Tisdale. She will be performing tomorrow at the reveal. This has been so awesome because to see the community come together. I can't imagine what the family will feel when they see their new home.

Jase is getting so big and growing up so fast. He constantly is trying new things and scaring the pee out of us. His new thing is climbing as you can see from the pix. Jase loves swimming and jumping and he loved the fireworks!

My Smart Little Boy!

Jase is growing up so fast. Some days I wish he would just stay a little boy that needs me to hold him in my arms and rock him to sleep. But inevitable he will get bigger and hopefully turn out to be a caring, loving, smart young man. He had his 15 month check up last week and the doctor said he is in the 86% for his weight and 98% for his height. He will surely be a big football player like daddy. The doctor also said that he is advanced on his vocabulary. (He will smart like me!) Here are some of the words he likes to say: mom, dad, dog, what's that, not nice, bana (banana), Jase, Anna (his gf), maw-maw, no, hi, bye, and various other words that he will repeat once or twice after hearing them. I am so proud of him and hope he keeps excelling in life!

Memorial Day Weekend!

Jase is having a blast this Memorial Day weekend. He rode on the lawn mower with Daddy and then enjoyed his turkey burger.
